First and foremost, I hope that this message finds you all fit and well.
CC Marine takes the health, safety and well being of our team members, customers and suppliers very seriously. With this in mind, and based on all available professional advice, we decided to significantly reduce our staffing levels and day-to-day operations at our offices & warehouse as of close of business Monday 23rd March.
All team members are now working remotely, using their homes as their main places of work, and our warehouse team is only attending the company premises site for goods in/out processing during specific daily time slots in accordance with strict guidelines on maintaining safe distances from others.
Our sales staff will undertake all customer communications by email, telephone or Skype as required and we will be maintaining regular internal communications in a similar virtual way to ensure our team remain up-to-date and included in our plans despite the rapidly changing situation.
It is our intention to stay open throughout the entire time this crisis lasts thus providing our usual high level of service to our customers, where possible we are working with them as they struggle to reschedule deliveries and pay invoices.
To our suppliers we thank you for your efforts to maintain the supply chain thus satisfying our customers. Due to current staffing remote working please bear with us there some delay on information on when your invoices will be paid, and we are endeavouring to get you paid as soon as possible.
We still carry a large stock of mechanical seals for immediate delivery
CC Marine UK remain committed to supporting our customers’ needs throughout this difficult time and we expect the service level you receive from us to continue to the highest possible standard.
