MERUS BIO ring solves Aglae problem on Piazza Fountain, Tower Bridge

 A feature fountain in a piazza just off Tower Bridge London was experiencing heavy algae growth even though they were Chemically dosing. Consequently the fountain need to be cleaned by draining ,completely washed out and then refilled every four to six weeks.

A MERUS ring of the bio type was fitted to the circulation pipe work of the fountain

After about six weeks the fountain appeared to still have algae in it however it was discovered that the deposits were dead algae unable to be removed due to quantity. The fountain was then clean of the dead deposits and since then (about three months) no new algae growth has occured

The picture to the left clearly shows the clear water no algae growth, with MERUS ring fitted

Pool Spa Patio was held in Las Vegas from 2^nd to 4^th of November 2011, at Mandalay Bay Convention Centre. This international exhibition had pool and spa people from all over the world attending. MERUS exhibited there in Booth 1838.

Where the uses of MERUS within this industry was met with intense interest. Not only the fact the Bio MERUS ring help control bacteria growth, but the saving this gave in chemical usage and the improvement in clarity of water. A lot of potential distributor inquires have been received and are now under negations
